Welcome to "Classya"
Gradus ad Parnassum
“… Music is enough for a lifetime, but a lifetime is never enough for music."
Sergei Rachmaninoff
With prospective students, we outline the goals and expectations: from childhood experience in music to a solid foundation for a lifetime hobby or a profession.
The goals are all inspiring, but the road to that summit is no less exciting: it is a journey of discovery and then mastering of what we discover.
The study of music mobilizes our senses and minds and, with consistency, fosters confidence in practice and performance.
We can outline individual goals and pace of study, but the positive impact of music has no such boundaries.

The Curricula: Styles and Repertoire
“When I hear music… I am related to the earliest times, and to the latest.” -- H.D. Thoreau
The cultural and musical heritage that we are fortunate to enjoy today, draws from over 500 years of history. .
From the Renaissance to Contemporary time,
each historic musical style is characterized by specific compositional techniques and artistic ideas.
A well-rounded curriculum means exposure to a variety of styles, even for a beginner.
There is an abundance of pedagogical literature and repertoire available to suit your taste and
personality.
